Mission 

The Military Personnel Analysis Office supports the Military Personnel Policy Deputate with insight and information from conducting personnel policy analysis. The office initiates and coordinates research and studies projects, initiates and coordinates data queries and other information requirements, and provides strength tracking and accountability for the Active and Reserve Components. The office serves as the Department of Defense representative to the International Technical Cooperation Panel for human relations.
