Mr. Ted Graham serves as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Integration, providing strategic guidance to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs on all matters pertaining to the Reserve Component and Civil-Military Programs. As a seasoned Federal Government executive, dedicated public servant, and decorated combat military veteran, he brings a unique blend of senior-level expertise in command, management, budgeting, policy, and leadership. He is distinguished by a proven track record of driving transformative change, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional results in complex and dynamic environments. With over 30 years of experience at the forefront of defense and national security, Mr. Graham has earned a reputation as a visionary leader and a respected authority in his field.
