Mr. Ted Graham serves as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Integration, providing strategic guidance to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs on all matters pertaining to the Reserve Component and Civil-Military Programs. As a seasoned Federal Government executive, dedicated public servant, and decorated combat military veteran, he brings a unique blend of senior-level expertise in command, management, budgeting, policy, and leadership.
