Human Resources Transformation Team

The team applies enterprise-wide perspectives and diverse technical competencies towards resolving human capital issues that are emerging, systemic, multidisciplinary (within Human Resource or across other professions) and/or involving external and/or multi-agency stakeholders.

The project team is comprised of representatives throughout the Department of Defense Human Resource enterprise.

Outcomes of the team’s efforts include, but are not limited to, new methodologies, legislative proposals, knowledge management mechanisms, standardized processes, best practices, toolkits and continual improvement initiatives.
