  • Title 5, U.S. Code, Part III, “Employees” – This legislation includes Sections 2101 to 10210 of Title 5, covering civilian personnel subjects such as employment and retention, employee performance, pay and allowances, attendance and leave, labor-management and employee relations, and insurance and annuities.
  • Title 10, U.S. Code, Part 1, “Organization and General Military Powers” – This legislation includes Sections 111 to 498 of Title 10 and addresses organization and general military powers, including the Department of Defense, defense agencies and Department of Defense field activities.
  • Title 10, U.S. Code, Part 2, “Personnel” – This legislation includes Sections 501 to 1800 of Title 10 and addresses personnel, including civilian employees, commissary and exchange benefits and medical and dental care.
